Processing Time

We aim to dispatch your order within 72 hours on working days (Monday to Friday), excluding bank holidays.

UK Shipping Options

We offer a few options to suit your needs:

• UK Standard Shipping — Free on orders over £50, arriving within 2–4 working days
• Tracked Delivery — £3.95 on orders under £50, arriving within 2–4 working days
• Next Day Delivery — £7.50, tracked with Royal Mail. Order by 12pm Monday to Thursday and your parcel will arrive the next business day

International Orders

We'd love to ship to you wherever you are! For international orders, please get in touch with us at kokokoselect@gmail.com before purchasing and we'll be happy to provide a shipping cost quote.

A couple of things to keep in mind for international deliveries:

• Additional postage costs may apply depending on the final weight and size of your order — if this is the case, we'll reach out before dispatching
• Customs charges and taxes may also apply upon arrival in your country, and these will need to be paid directly by you
